 Living Waters Primary Care is a direct-pay primary care practice. Rather than billing health insurance for routine primary care services, patients pay Living Waters Primary Care directly for the care they receive.

This approach allows the practice to focus on what matters most: more time with your physician, thoughtful medical care, and a more personal doctor-patient relationship.

Living Waters Primary Care is designed to work alongside your health insurance, not replace it.

Patients should maintain appropriate health insurance for services outside the practice, including hospital care, emergency care, specialist visits, diagnostic testing, imaging, medications, and other services.

Depending on your insurance plan, services ordered by Dr. Ward—such as laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and specialist care—may still be covered according to the terms of your insurance.

Living Waters Primary Care is developing a transparent direct-pay fee structure designed to reflect the additional physician time, access, and personal attention offered by the practice.

Final fees and payment options will be provided before a patient decides to establish care.

There is no payment, obligation, or commitment required to join the Founding Patient List.

Living Waters Primary Care is designed to provide thoughtful, relationship-based primary care with more time and direct physician involvement.

Specific services, visit options, and access arrangements will be explained clearly before you establish care. The practice will not promise unlimited visits, 24/7 availability, or services that have not been specifically included in your care arrangement.

Care provided outside Living Waters Primary Care—including hospital services, emergency care, specialist care, laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and other outside services—is billed separately by those providers.
