If Living Waters may be a good fit, you'll have an opportunity to learn more about the practice and ask questions before establishing care.

Establish Care

Your first visit gives Dr. Ward time to understand your medical history, current concerns, medications, and health goals—and begin building an ongoing primary-care relationship. 

What Care Looks Like

Once established, you'll have a primary-care physician who knows your history, your priorities, and the bigger picture of your health. 

Ongoing Primary Care

Preventive care, chronic disease management, medications, new health concerns, and coordination with specialists. 

Convenient Access

Telemedicine makes many follow-ups and routine concerns convenient. In-person evaluation is recommended when medically necessary. 

Direct-Pay Care

Living Waters does not bill health insurance. Patients pay the practice directly, helping keep the focus on time, access, and the physician-patient relationship. 

How Care Is Delivered

Living Waters Primary Care combines telemedicine with in-person care when appropriate.


Many follow-up visits and ongoing primary care needs can be handled conveniently by telemedicine. When an in-person evaluation is medically appropriate, Dr. Ward will discuss the best option with you.


Living Waters Primary Care is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

What About Health Insurance?

Living Waters does not bill health insurance. Patients pay the practice directly.


Patients should maintain appropriate health insurance for care outside the practice, including hospital and emergency care, specialists, imaging, procedures, and medications.
